When Pierre-Auguste RenoirI said: "I've been 40 years discovering that the queen of all colors was black." I wonder, what could he be refering to when he said it. I personally think he refers to the fact that black represents mainly the abscence of color, therefore, it helps us appreciate and understand better the shapes.
